Dr. Abdul Azeez Mohammed is an interventional cardiologist with more than 10 years of experience in the field of cardiology, a major part of it at Apollo Hospital Hyderabad, India. He is currently the Director – Cardiac Cath lab & Specialist Interventional Cardiologist at BSH Apollo Heart Centre, Bahrain. He has been involved in more than 500 successful Cathlab procedures in the last 3 years here. His areas of expertise include coronary angiography, simple and complex coronary angioplasty and stenting, primary PCI (Emergency procedure in acute heart attack), mechanical circulatory support, intra-coronary imaging, peripheral vascular interventions, temporary and permanent pacemakers. He believes in prevention of heart diseases and is involved with accurate management of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus, as well as structural heart disease and heart failure. Dr Abdul Azeez believes in giving the best care possible and helping patient lead better lives.
