I was shocked to be charged BD 4 for parking, which is an excessive rate that suggests this hospital is prioritizing revenue over patient service. This makes the facility feel more like a commercial space than a healthcare provider. Furthermore, the parking layout is unusual and confusing for Bahrain. The entrance is on the left and the exit is on the right, resembling the system used in countries with right-hand-drive vehicles (like the UK), not the standard 'in right, out left' flow typically seen in Bahrain. Finally, the lack of enforcement is unprofessional. There is a red car consistently parked improperly in a way that blocks space, which appears to be a staff or management vehicle. This clearly demonstrates that the hospital management is failing to uphold its own rules and shows a poor regard for visitors.

The service was truly excellent. They assist you as much as they possibly can, and everyone’s attitude is extremely kind and respectful. The cleanliness of the place is outstanding. I sincerely thank the doctors in charge and the nursing staff for their care and professionalism. Special thanks as well to the reception team for their warm and welcoming attitude , it truly reflects strong management and great organization. Thank you all 🙏🏻
