My wife and I are from Côte d’Ivoire, and we visited Medicana last month. Honestly, we were very impressed by the quality of the care and the speed of the medical services provided. The cherry on top was our interpreter, Hanifé, who truly was our guardian angel throughout our entire stay. She is very professional, always available, and extremely welcoming. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality medical care and excellent support.

The doctor Tolgahan Çatli is touchy. Despite the receipt being paid, he spent three minutes on the consultation without inserting the camera all the way to my throat, simply sticking it in my mouth and pulling it out. He diagnosed me with an allergy and ended the appointment. He didn't listen to our complaints, he was simply distracted and didn't even look at his phone when we tried to explain our symptoms. He looked at the computer, prescribed a hormone, and said the appointment was over. We felt completely cheated and incredibly stupid, standing in the office for those seconds after he refused to listen to us. All because we had a sinusectomy with another doctor, one who was closer to us at the time. Dr. Tolgahan made the diagnosis, but we had no way to see him at the time. Upon learning this, he put his feelings above his work. We simply wasted time and money. He advised us to go to the same place where we had the surgery. He didn't even listen to the fact that our complaints weren't about the surgery but about something completely different. I can't judge his medical abilities, as they are overshadowed by his less-than-stellar human qualities.
