1. Licensing & Regulation

Saleem Telemedicine W.L.L. is duly licensed by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce under activity code 6312 – Operation of eMarketplaces / Websites / Web Portals. In addition, Saleem is authorized by the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) in Bahrain to operate as a telemedicine platform.

2. Nature of Services

Saleem is an online platform that connects patients with licensed and registered medical practitioners (“Specialists”).

Saleem itself is not a healthcare provider.
All medical advice, consultations, and services are provided directly by the Specialists, who are independently responsible for their practice.
The platform must not be used in the event of medical emergencies. In such cases, users should immediately contact the local emergency number (e.g., 999 in Bahrain).

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of Saleem or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

4. Liability Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law:

Saleem shall not be liable for the accuracy or outcome of medical advice given by Specialists.
Saleem shall not be responsible for damages arising from misuse of the platform, service interruptions, or third-party failures (e.g., internet providers, payment gateways).
