I’ve been coming to Ibn Al Nafees Hospital for around 6 to 7 years and overall the hospital has been good to us. I’ve only had a couple of negative experiences, one of them quite recently. A security guard assumed I was a medical rep and kept following me, asking where I was going, even after I explained that I was a patient. It felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The reception staff on the 4th floor also didn’t handle it well, except for one senior lady who was respectful throughout. I submitted a complaint and the complaints officer apologized on behalf of the staff, but nothing further happened. I felt the matter could have been handled more seriously. What keeps us coming back is the quality of the doctors, and I want to mention Dr Adeela Masood in particular. She is my wife’s doctor and has been incredible. She is very respectful and friendly, and she takes the time to explain everything properly. She also replies during moments when we feel unsure or worried. My wife is pregnant and this whole journey is new to us, so having a doctor who genuinely cares and treats her like a person, not just another patient, makes a huge difference. We always feel comfortable with her and my wife has been taken care of very well so far. In short, while the hospital does have areas where staff behaviour could improve, the professionalism and care shown by doctors like Dr Adeela are the reason we continue to trust Ibn Al Nafees Hospital.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Adeela Masood. From the moment I walked into her clinic, I felt truly cared for and respected. She takes the time to listen to all my concerns without rushing and explains everything in a clear, reassuring way. Her calm, kind demeanor always makes me feel comfortable and safe, especially during moments that can normally feel stressful or uncomfortable. What I appreciate most is how she combines professionalism with genuine compassion. I always leave my appointments feeling confident, informed, and supported. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and her staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m so grateful to have found her. Love you doctor! You are best! Unreplaceble❤️
